Our Oman Deep Ocean Water Industrial Park Project took a significant step forward with a successful two-day feasibility study workshop on September 17-18, 2024 at Intercity Hotel in Muscat. The workshop focused on the project’s technological and economic potential, emphasizing how our access to deep ocean water (DOW) can drive sustainable growth across sectors like agriculture, aquaculture, and bottled water. With participation from key government officials including the minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Water Resources of Oman, His Excellency Dr Saoud Al Habsi, Executive President of Oman Investment Authority, His Excellency Abdulsalam Al Murshidi, and international experts from Japan, Taiwan and South Korea, the event highlighted our commitment to supporting Oman’s water security and economic diversification.
